Great Turn Out in Madeley
Another great meet at the Madeley Community Orchard this morning, with some new faces too. The weather managed to hold out for most of the morning, giving us plenty of time to enjoy a spot of picnic lunch and Toni's lessons on various wrap carries (these are almost becoming a regular feature!)
My thanks to Glenys from the Orchard for accommodating us once again, it's been a privilege to be able to use such a beautiful setting for our past two meets. Unfortunately, as the British summer is rapidly ending, it's very likely that the next meet will be at an indoor soft play area.

August Meet Date Confirmed
The August sling meet has been confirmed for August 17th @ 10:30am; we'll be meeting at Madeley Community Orchard again. Bring a picnic style lunch and your slings to show off!

Madeley Community Orchard Meet
Today's meet at the Madeley Community Orchard was a resounding success. Despite a spot or two of rain, it didn't put a dampener on spirits, and several of us mums were taking lessons from expert Toni on backwrapping technique!
The orchard itself was stunning, even in the drizzle, and such a fabulous idea to provide a community space for locals. I would recommend any Telford-based families to go, take a look around, and if you have the time please volunteer to help weed and keep the garden tidy. Glenys was a lovely host and it was a pleasure to be there.
