Madeley Community Orchard Meet
Today's meet at the Madeley Community Orchard was a resounding success. Despite a spot or two of rain, it didn't put a dampener on spirits, and several of us mums were taking lessons from expert Toni on backwrapping technique!
The orchard itself was stunning, even in the drizzle, and such a fabulous idea to provide a community space for locals. I would recommend any Telford-based families to go, take a look around, and if you have the time please volunteer to help weed and keep the garden tidy. Glenys was a lovely host and it was a pleasure to be there.

Proposed July Meet Dates
At the last sling meet we discussed holding this month's meet at Madeley Community Orchard. Although this meet location is yet to be confirmed as suitable for groups, we don't foresee any problems.
The proposed meet dates are:
- Tuesday 20th July or
- Thursday 22nd July or
- Tuesday 27th July
